Set Up Email Channel

Let's get started on your first set up activity in Service Cloud!

From the case console, click on the gears icon on the top right. On the menu that shows, click on Service Setup 

On Service Setup Home, on the Email Setup tile, click on Get Started and follow the steps shown in the wizard.
