# How to Send Evite SignUp Sheets

**Sharing your SignUp Sheet with volunteers**

**Can I email or text the SignUp Sheet directly to volunteers through Evite?**\
Not currently — SignUp Sheets are shared via a link that you send through your own preferred method, whether that's email, text, social, or a group chat.

**How do I get my shareable link right after publishing?**

1. Complete your SignUp Sheet and click **Publish Sheet.**
2. Click **Copy Link** on the confirmation screen.
3. Share it with your volunteers however works best.

**How do I copy the link later?**

1. Log in to your Evite account and click your name or photo in the top right corner.
2. Select **My SignUp Sheets** and find your sheet on the dashboard.
3. Click **View Sheet,** then **Copy Link** in the top right corner.
