# How to Send Evite SignUp Sheets

Currently, we do not offer the ability to directly send SignUp Sheets to your volunteers by email or text. You will get the option to copy the shareable link to your Evite SignUp Sheet after creation to share by your method of choice.

To copy your shareable link, follow the steps below:

1. Complete the steps to create your Evite SignUp Sheet.
2. Click Publish Sheet when you have filled out your sheet.
3. Select **Copy Link** to copy the shareable link.
4. Share with your volunteers through your desired method of contact.

After your sheet is completed, you can follow these steps to copy the link:

1. Log in to your Evite account.&#x20;
2. Click on your name/photo in the top right corner.&#x20;
3. Select **My SignUp Sheets**.&#x20;
4. Locate your sheet on the dashboard.&#x20;
5. Click on **View Sheet**.&#x20;
6. Click on **Copy Link** in the top right corner of the screen.&#x20;
