Canceling an event on iOS

How do I cancel my event from the iOS app?

1. Log in to the Evite app and tap My Events (calendar icon).

2. Locate your Invitation, then tap the three dots in the top right corner.

3. Select Cancel Event and confirm by tapping Yes, cancel.

4. When prompted, tap Yes, notify guests to send them a cancellation message — or skip if you'd rather reach out another way.

A few things to know after canceling:

• Once the event is canceled, you won't be able to message guests through Evite. If you have more to say, do it before you cancel or follow up directly.

• Guests will still have their original Invitation email. When they tap to view it, they'll see that the event has been canceled.

• If you reinstate the event later, existing RSVPs stay as they were — they won't reset.
