You will see a calendar icon when viewing the invitation page, which you can click on to open the calendar options, and add to your preferred calendar.

**Note:**&#x20;

* If an end time is not included on the invitation you are adding to your calendar, the start and end time may show up the same on your calendar. You may always manually edit the end time on your calendar. <br>
* We sometimes see Outlook saving the calendar time incorrectly, which is due to your saved settings in Outlook. If the time is not showing correctly, please make sure you have the correct settings saved to Outlook.
