# Send a Message to Guests

Hosts can send messages to their guests at any time. You have the ability to message the entire guest list, guests under a certain response category, or individual guests.

To message your guests, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Evite account.
2. Click on your initials/photo in the top right corner.
3. Select **My Invitations**.
4. Locate your invitation and select **Manage Event**.
5. Scroll down to the top of your guest list and click **Send a Message**.
6. Choose which group you wish to message.
7. Type out your message.
8. Select **Send**.<br>

To message an individual guest:

1. Log into your Evite account.
2. Click on your initials/photo in the top right corner.
3. Select **My Events**.
4. Locate your invitation and select **Manage Event**.
5. Scroll down to your guest list and locate the guest you wish to message.
6. Click on the message icon to the right of their contact information.
7. Type out your message.
8. Scroll down and select **Send**.<br>
