  Can I stop a specific host from contacting me through Evite? Yes. If you're receiving Invitations you don't want, you can block the host so they can't reach you through Evite again.

  How do I block a host who emailed me an Invitation?

  1. Open the original Invitation email you received.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.

  3. Click Block this Host.

  4. You'll land on Evite's site — click Block to confirm.

  That's it. They won't be able to contact you via Evite going forward.

  How do I block a host who texted me an Invitation? Two options:

  • Select Report Junk directly from the Invitation text to block all future Evite texts.

  • Or reach out to Evite Support at [e-mail] and ask to block a specific host by text or email. Include your cell number so the team can look up the host and take care of it for you.
