**Can I stop a specific host from contacting me through Evite?**\
Yes. If you're receiving Invitations you don't want, you can block the host so they can't reach you through Evite again.
**How do I block a host who emailed me an Invitation?**
1. Open the original Invitation email you received.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
3. Click **Block this Host.**
4. You'll land on Evite's site — click **Block** to confirm.
That's it. They won't be able to contact you via Evite going forward.
**How do I block a host who texted me an Invitation?**\

Two options:
* Select **Report Junk** directly from the Invitation text to block all future Evite texts.
* Or reach out to Evite Support at [support@evite.com](mailto:support@evite.com) and ask to block a specific host by text or email. Include your cell number so the team can look up the host and take care of it for you.
