Canceling your Evite Pro subscription

How do I cancel my Evite Pro subscription? You can cancel auto-renewal any time during your subscription period — desktop only, this setting isn't available on the mobile app.

1. Log in to your Evite account from a laptop or desktop.

2. Click your initials or photo in the top right corner.

3. Select Account Settings → Subscriptions.

4. Click Turn Off Auto Renew.

Your subscription will remain active through the end date shown, and won't renew after that.

Is there a deadline to cancel before my renewal date? Yes — cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. If you miss that window, you'll be charged for another year.

Will I get a refund if I cancel early? No. Canceling mid-subscription turns off the renewal but doesn't refund the remaining time. You'll keep access through the end of your current subscription period.
