# Contact Volunteers through Evite SignUp Sheets

You can follow these steps to send your volunteers a message:

1. Log in to your Evite account. 
2. Click on your initials/photo in the top right corner. 
3. Select **My SignUp Sheets**. 
4. Locate your sheet on the dashboard. 
5. Click on **View Sheet**. 
6. Click on **Message Volunteers.** 
7. Select the volunteers you would like to message.
8. Click on **Next**. 
9. Enter your message. 
10. Select **Preview Message**. 
11. Click on **Send Message**.
