# How to Create an Evite SignUp Sheet

**Creating an Evite SignUp Sheet**

**What is a SignUp Sheet?**\
SignUp Sheets are a simple way to coordinate who's bringing what, who's volunteering when, or who's covering which time slot — without the back-and-forth. They're built for things like class parties, snack duty, parent-teacher conferences, and group events where tasks need to be claimed.

**Do I need a separate account to use SignUp Sheets?**\
No. Your existing Evite account covers it. And the people you share the sheet with don't need an account at all — only you as the organizer do.

**How do I create a SignUp Sheet?**

1. Log in to your Evite account and click the **SignUp Sheets** tab at the bottom of the screen.
2. Choose your template — **One-Day Sheet** or **Multi-Day Sheet** — depending on your event.
3. Fill in the details: what you need, quantities, and any other relevant information. Select **Change Theme** if you'd like to adjust the look.
4. Click **Publish** in the top right corner when you're ready.
5. On the confirmation screen, click **Copy Link** and share it with everyone who needs to sign up.

**Can I attach a SignUp Sheet to an Invitation or Greeting Card?**\
No — SignUp Sheets are a separate product and can't be attached to Invitations or Greeting Cards. Share the link directly with your group instead.
