Copying a past or current Invitation

Can I reuse an Invitation I've already created? Yes. If you host the same event regularly — or just want a head start from a previous design — you can copy any current or past Invitation from your account and update the details for the new event.

How do I copy an Invitation?

1. Log in to your Evite account.

2. Click your photo or initials in the top right corner.

3. Select My Invitations and find the event you want to copy.

   • For a current event: click the three dots and select Duplicate Invitation.

   • For a past event: select Duplicate Invitation.

4. Confirm by selecting Yes, Duplicate.

5. Update the event details, add your guests, and send when you're ready.

I don't see a copy option on one of my past events. Why? Older events created in a previous version of Evite can't be copied — that format is no longer supported. You'll need to start fresh with a new Invitation for those.

Can I copy someone else's event? No. You can only copy Invitations that you created from your own account.
