Free Invitation - Asking for Payment

Why is my free Invitation asking for payment?

I chose a free design — why am I being charged? A Premium upgrade was added to your Invitation during the design process. Any of the following trigger a charge, even on a free design:

• Envelope, stamp, or liner

• Background

• Effects and reveals

• Host photo gallery

• Backside text

• RSVP By Date

• Ad removal

• Gifting suggestions removal

How do I remove the upgrade and send it for free? On the checkout page select the Downgrade to free option.

Your Invitation will go back to the free version with the upgrades removed.
