Free Invitation - Asking for Payment

If you created a free invitation and are being asked to pay to send it, this is due to an upgraded feature option that you selected during the design process. Below, you can find the list of upgraded features that have a charge:
Envelope
Stamp
Liner
Background
Ad Removal
Gifting Suggestions Removal
Shareable Link
Before sending your invitation, you have the option to downgrade to remove any Premium upgrades and send them for free. Once the invitation is purchased and sent, you will no longer be able to downgrade back to a free invitation.
You can follow the steps below to downgrade:
On the checkout page, select the Show Details dropdown menu.
Scroll down.
Select the Downgrade button.
Click Revert to Basic.
