Managing your event notifications as a guest

Can I turn off notifications for an event I've been invited to? Partially. You can turn off activity notifications — things like RSVP updates, donation updates, and What to Bring list activity. Reminders, host messages, and confirmation notifications can't be disabled.

How do I update my notification settings from the Invitation?

1. Open the Invitation.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

3. Select Notification preferences.

4. Choose your preferred notification settings and save.

How do I update them from my RSVP confirmation email?

1. Scroll to the bottom of your RSVP confirmation email.

2. Select Update Notification Settings.

3. Choose your preferred settings and select Save.

Will this stop all emails from Evite? No — these settings only control guest activity notifications for that specific event. Host-generated messages and Evite automated emails will still come through. If you want to manage your broader Evite notification preferences, you can do that from your account settings.
