Downloading your guest list

Can I download my guest list to use outside of Evite? Yes. You can export your guest list as a file — useful for printing, sharing with a co-host, or keeping a record outside the app.

How do I download it?

1. Log in to your Evite account.

2. Click your initials or photo in the top right corner.

3. Select My Invitations.

4. Find your event and select Manage Event.

5. Click on Export guest list on the right side of the page.

What's included in the downloaded file?

Each guest entry includes their name, email address and/or phone number, RSVP status, number in their party, and any comment they left when they responded.

Can I print the guest list file? Yes, once downloaded to your device, you can select your print option from the file.
