# Notification Settings

**Managing notification settings on iOS**

**How do I manage notifications as a host?**

1. Log in to the Evite app and tap **My Events.**
2. Tap on your Invitation, then tap the three dots in the top right corner.
3. Select **Edit Settings** and choose your preferred notification settings.

**How do I manage notifications as a guest?**

When RSVPing, you can adjust your preferences directly under the **Edit notification settings** tab.

Or at any time after RSVPing:

1. Log in to the Evite app and tap **My Events.**
2. Tap on the Invitation and scroll down to **Settings.**
3. Choose your notification preferences and tap **Save.**

**What do these settings control?**\
Notification settings apply to event activity only — things like new RSVPs or guest list updates. They don't affect host messages or event reminders, which will still come through regardless.

Guests who were invited by text will receive all post-RSVP notifications by email.
