Looking to upload an Excel sheet with your guests' email addresses/phone numbers to your invitation guest list? Please see the instructions below:
1. After you have created and saved your free invitation, click on the Add Guests button on the confirmation page.
If you are coming back to your invitation at a later time, please follow these steps to get to the Add Guests page:
1. Log in to your Evite account.
2. Click on your name/photo in the top right corner.
3. Select My Events.
4. Locate your event on the dashboard.
5. Click on the three dots to the right of your event.
6. Select Add Guests.
2. When you get to the Add Guests page, click on the Upload File button.
3. A pop-up will appear which will allow you to upload your file, as well as provide an example of the proper layout to successfully upload your file.
4. Choose the file from your computer's hard drive or your documents to upload.
5. Once you upload your file, click Send Invitation in the low right corner to send.
Notes:
- Your Excel sheet should be in either .CSV, or .XLS or .XLSX.
- Your Excel sheet should not include any special characters, such as quotations, plus signs, accent marks, or hyperlinks.
- Your Excel sheet should be formatted so that the guests' names (first, last, or both) are in Column A, your guests' email addresses are in Column B, and/or your guests' phone numbers are in Column C.
