If you purchased an invitation package and need more send credits, you will need to go to the checkout page after adding your guests and select the dropdown to purchase the correct package needed for your guest list size.
We do not offer an upgrade option to pay the difference at this time, but you can contact support@evite.com to receive a refund on the original charge.
To select your invitation package, please follow these steps:
- On the checkout page, select Show Details.
- Select your preferred package size.
- Submit your payment details.
- Select Purchase & Send.
Note:
- Credits are non-transferrable, and single event packages will only apply to the event they were purchased for.
