You can cancel your invitation anytime before your saved event date. To cancel your active invitation, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Evite account.
2. Click on your name/photo in the top right corner.
3. Select My Events.
4. Locate your event on the dashboard and click the three dots next to your event.
5. Select Cancel Event.
Once you cancel your event, you will be presented with an option to notify your guests, which you can use to send your guests a message about your cancelation. You can customize this message box to let them know the reason you are canceling or you can choose to skip and cancel without a message.
Notes:
- You will not be able to message your guests once the event is canceled.
- Your guests will still have the invitation email they received when they were added to the event. When they click on "View Invitation," they will be informed that the event has been canceled.
- If you reinstate the invitation, the RSVPs will not be reset. They will remain the same as before the cancelation.
