Would you like to stop a specific host from sending future invitations?
We now have 2 ways to do this!
Via Email:
You can easily block a host from sending you any future invitations by clicking "block this host" at the bottom of the email invitation you received. Our system will then confirm that you'll no longer receive notifications from this host.
Via Text:
If you receive a Text Message Invitation from a host, you can text back "STOP" to block this host and stop further text invitations.
TO UNBLOCK A HOST:
To unblock a host via email, please reach out to the Customer Experience Team at our HELP FORM and we can unblock the host for you.
To unblock a host via text, please reply back to the original text message "UNSTOP".
