Hosts can send messages to their guests at any time. You have the ability to message the entire guest list, guests under a certain response category, or individual guests.
To message your guests, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your Evite account.
- Click on your initials/photo in the top right corner.
- Select My Events.
- Locate your invitation and select Manage Event.
- Scroll down to the top of your guest list and click Send a Message.
- Choose which group you wish to message.
- Type out your message.
- Select Send.
To message an individual guest:
- Log into your Evite account.
- Click on your initials/photo in the top right corner.
- Select My Events.
- Locate your invitation and select Manage Event.
- Scroll down to your guest list and locate the guest you wish to message.
- Click on the message icon to the right of their contact information.
- Type out your message.
- Scroll down and select Send.
