Guests Not Showing on Guest List

If you have added your guests to your guest list but do not see them on the guest list, it is possible you have not sent them an invitation and they are on your Saved Guest List. Your guests will only be sent the invitation when you press Send Invitation

When you exit the Add Guests section without sending, your guests are saved on the guest list, to be sent later, at a later time when you wish to send them out. 

To send out your guest list, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Evite account.

2. Click on your name/photo in the top right corner.

3. Select My Events.

4. Locate your event on the dashboard and click the three dots to the right of the invitation.

5. Select Add Guests.

6. Once on the Add Guests page, you will see your saved guests.

7. Select Send Invitation to send them out immediately.

Please note that if you sent your invitation via shareable link (text, email, social media), guests will not show up on the guest list until after they've RSVP'd.
