Add A Co-Host (Premium)

Are you looking to add a co-host to your Premium invitation? 

The co-host will be able to do things like add and remove guests from the guest list, make edits to the invitation, send a message to guests, and more!


 Please see the instructions below:


  1. Log in to your Evite account.

  2. Click on your name at the top right corner.

  3. Select My Events.

  4. Locate your upcoming event.

  5. Click on the three dots to the right of your event.

  6. Select Edit Details.

  7. Select Add Co-Host below the Hosted By field on the right side of the page.



  8. Enter the co-host’s name and email address in the Co-Hosted By fields.

  9. Select the Done button to save your changes.

  10. Opt to skip or send your guests an update message.

  11. Your co-host will then be sent the request to confirm.


After you have completed and purchased your invitation sends, your co-host will receive an email advising them that they've been added to your invitation as a co-host. Your co-host will be deducted from the invitation sends that you purchased.



*More Notes:* 

- The co-host will not be able to remove the Primary host or have access to post-event Thank You notes. 

- A co-host can be deleted by: clicking on the three dots to the right of your invitation> Select Edit Details > Click the Remove Co-Host Link.
