Received a Text Invite but I don't see it in my Account

Did you receive an invitation via text and cannot locate it in your Evite Account? No worries, we can help you out!

The reason you cannot view your invitation in your Evite account, is that you must first RSVP from the text invitation you received. You will select the link in your text message, and then RSVP, and add the same email that is associated with your Evite account.

Now that the invitation is connected to the same email as your Evite account, it will show when you log in!


-If you added a different email than the email associated with your Evite account, you can merge your accounts easily! Please see this FAQ here for merging your accounts: Merge Accounts

-If you already have a number associated with your Evite account, and the invitation was sent to this number, the invitation will appear in your account before you RSVP.

-If you would like to add your phone number to your account, you may do so by logging in, selecting your initials or photo in the upper right hand corner, and going to "Account Settings" to add your phone number.
