As the organizer, you can edit the list of items on your SignUp Sheet by following the steps below:
- Log into your Evite account.
- Click on your photo/initials in the top right corner.
- Select My Events.
- Click on the SignUp Sheets tab.
- Locate your sheet and select View Sheet.
- Click Edit SignUp Sheet in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the list item you need to edit.
- You can adjust the number of volunteers needed by clicking the + or - symbol.
- If you need to edit the item needed on the list, click the three dots and select Delete.
- Scroll down and select Add Another to add the new item.
Note:
- If you remove an item that someone has already signed up for, they will be notified that they have been removed.
- Your guest's name and email cannot be edited. You may remove them and have them sign back up with their preferred information.
