Event Sign-ups
You can use the Event Sign-ups feature to tell guests what you need for your party, or let them share what they’re planning to contribute. You can add or edit a list of items to bring anytime before your event date.
To add an Event Sign-ups list when creating an invitation, follow the steps below:
On the Details step or Review step, click on Add next to Event sign-ups.
Enter your title, description, items, and the quantities needed.
Turn on the Allow guests to add new items to the list feature if you’d like guests to contribute something that isn’t already on your list. Instead of signing up for an existing item or category, guests can write in what they plan to bring.
Turn on the Require guests to add specifics about their sign-up feature if you want guests to add more detail when they sign up. This is especially helpful for categories like Appetizers or Main Entrées, where guests can use the description to specify exactly what they’re bringing.
Select Save.
Finish creating your invitation.


If you have already completed your invitation, you can still add an Event Sign-up list by following these steps:
Log in to your Evite account.
Click on your photo/initials in the top right corner.
Select My Invitations.
Locate your upcoming event.
Click on the three dots to open the menu.
Select Edit Details.
Scroll down and click on + Event Sign-ups.
Enter your title, description, items, and the quantities needed.
Select Save.
Click on Save changes in the bottom right corner.


You can follow these steps to edit or remove an existing list that was already added to your invitation:
Log in to your Evite account.
Click on your photo/initials in the top right corner.
Select My Invitations.
Locate your upcoming event.
Click on the three dots to open the menu.
Select Edit Details.
Scroll down and click Edit by Event Sign-ups.
Make your changes and click Save.
Click on Remove section to remove the Event Sign-ups feature from your invitation.
Click on Save changes.

As a guest, you can follow these steps to sign up for items:
Open the invitation link received from the host.
RSVP to the invitation if you have not already done so.
Scroll down and click on Sign up in the Event Sign-ups section.
Click on Sign up next to the item that you would like to sign up for.
If the host has allowed it, you can click on +Add something new to add an item that is not listed.
Select the quantity and enter a description.
Click on Complete sign-up.


To edit your sign-up, please follow these steps:
Open the invitation link received from the host.
Scroll down and click on Edit next to the item that you signed up for.
Make your edits.
You can click on Remove my sign-up to remove yourself.
Click on Save.


Note:
There is no current option for the host to assign items to their guests. Guests will need to select what they are bringing after they RSVP.
