Setting a maximum capacity for your event

Can I close RSVPs once I've hit a certain headcount? Yes. You can set a capacity limit on your event — once the RSVP count reaches that number, guests who try to respond will see a message that the event is full.

How do I set a capacity limit?

1. Log in to your Evite account.

2. Click your initials or photo in the top right corner.

3. Select My Invitations and find your event.

4. Click Manage Event, then select RSVP Options on the right side of the page.

5. Enter your limit in the Set an event capacity field.

6. Click Done.

Can I change or remove the limit later? Yes — follow the same steps above to update the number or clear the field entirely.
