# Maximum Capacity - Guest List Limit

**Setting a maximum capacity for your event**

**Can I close RSVPs once I've hit a certain headcount?**\
Yes. You can set a capacity limit on your event — once the RSVP count reaches that number, guests who try to respond will see a message that the event is full.

**How do I set a capacity limit?**

1. Log in to your Evite account.
2. Click your initials or photo in the top right corner.
3. Select **My Invitations** and find your event.
4. Click **Manage Event,** then select **RSVP Options** on the right side of the page.
5. Enter your limit in the **Set an event capacity** field.
6. Click **Done.**

**Can I change or remove the limit later?**\
Yes — follow the same steps above to update the number or clear the field entirely.
