The event host has the option to hide the guest list at any time before the event date. Hiding the guest list will hide the guest names from other guests, but they will remain visible to the host. We never share guest's contact information, regardless of the privacy settings.
To hide your guest list, please follow the steps below:
1. On the Review page, scroll down to view the guest list (Who’s coming).
2. Click on Guest Options.
3. Slide the toggle to turn on the Make the guest list visible only to the host.
4. Click the Save button.
If you have already created/sent your invitation, please follow these steps to hide your guest list:
1. Log in to your Evite account.
2. Click on your name in the top right corner.
3. Select My Events.
4. Locate the invitation on the dashboard.
5. Click on Manage Event.
6. Scroll down to the guest list and click on Guest Options.
7. Slide the toggle to turn on the Make the guest list visible only to the host.
8. Click the Save button.
Notes:
- You can use the same instructions to reverse this action.
- Hiding your guest list will hide your guests' names, RSVPs, and any comments left at the time of RSVP.
- As the host, the guest list will still appear when you view the invitation.
