The co-host feature allows you to add another person who will be able to add and remove guests from the guest list, make edits to the invitation, send a message to guests, and more!
Please see the instructions below:
Log in to your Evite account.
Click on your name at the top right corner.
Select My Events.
Locate your upcoming event.
Click on the three dots to the right of your event.
Select Edit Details.
Select Add Co-Host below the Hosted By field on the right side of the page.
Enter the co-host’s name and email address in the Co-Hosted By fields.
Select the Done button to save your changes.
Opt to skip or send your guests an update message.
Your co-host will then be sent the request to confirm.
After you have completed and sent your invitation, your co-host will receive an email advising them that they've been added to your invitation as a co-host:
They will need to accept the invitation to co-host to have co-host access.
- The co-host will not be able to remove the Primary host.
- A co-host can be deleted by: clicking on the three dots to the right of your event > selecting Edit Details > Clicking the Remove Co-Host Link
