**Which template should I use?**

There are two options — here's how to choose:

**One-Day Sheet** — best for a single event date where you need people to sign up for items or tasks. For example: a class picnic where you need parents to claim what they're bringing.

**Multi-Day Sheet** — best when you have needs spread across multiple dates and time slots and want volunteers to pick from the available options. For example: a week-long food drive with three volunteer shifts per day.

If your event happens on one day, go with One-Day. If you're coordinating across multiple days or shifts, Multi-Day has you covered.
