Planning something casual? We've got the perfect invite for that.
Evite Event Pages make it easy to pull together a fun, stylish invitation for any low-key gathering — no fuss, no formality. Browse images and backgrounds, fill in your details, and you're ready to go.
Get started at evite.com/lp/pages (log into your Evite account first).
Pick your image. Not feeling it? Hit Edit image to swap your design.
Fill in the details — event title, date, time, and location.
Customize the look by selecting Edit design to choose your background and font.
Add any extras you'd like, like a Host Note or Event Sign-Ups.
Update host info by opening Host tools.
Review everything by clicking Next in the top right corner.
Hit Finish when you're happy with it.
You're done! From the success page, you can add guests or manage your event.
Need to make changes after sending?
No worries — you can edit your event details and guest list anytime before the event date.
Log into your Evite account.
Click your initials or photo in the top right corner.
Select My Invitations.
From there:
Add guests — to invite new people
Manage event — to update your guest list
Edit details — click the three dots and select this option to change event details
Is Event Pages free?
Yes — Event Pages is completely free to use. No upgrades, no hidden fees. You can host events for up to 750 guests at no cost.
What can I do with Event Pages?
Event Pages is built for casual get-togethers — think dinner parties, book clubs, girls' night, sports leagues, and everything in between. Here's what's included:
Event details — share the event date, time, location, and any helpful notes like parking or dress code
Design options — choose from Evite-provided images or add a GIF to set the vibe
Event sign-ups — perfect for potlucks; let guests claim what they're bringing
Textable invite link — share your invite directly via text, or add guests to your event so Evite can send RSVP reminders on your behalf
RSVP tracking — see who's in, who's out, and who’s still on the fence
How is Event Pages different from Evite Invitations?
Event Pages is great when you want to get something out quickly without a lot of fuss. Invitations offer more customization and features for events that are a little more formal.
Event Pages includes:
Basic event details (date, time, location, host note)
Curated design options: image, event name font, and background
Event sign-ups
Textable invite with RSVP tracking
Invitations includes everything above, plus:
Advanced design customizations (upload your own design, add effects, envelope details, and more)
Additional features like a host gallery, links, and shared photo album
Gifting options including registry links, crowdfunding, and charity donations
Co-host support and the ability to designate a guest of honor

What if I want to use features that aren't available in Event Pages, like a registry or photo gallery?
Event Pages doesn't support those features. If you'd like to include a registry, co-host, shared album, or other extras, we'd recommend creating an Invitation instead. You can get started by browsing templates at evite.com.
What are the RSVP settings for Event Pages?
Here's what to expect with RSVPs on Event Pages — these settings are on by default and can't be changed at this time:
Guests can bring up to 9 additional people
There's no maximum event capacity
Guest lists are visible to other guests, not private
There's no way to distinguish between adult and children guests
An RSVP deadline cannot be set
Can I cancel an Event Page?
Yes. You can cancel your Event Page event at any time before the event date. To do so:
Log into your Evite account.
Click your initials or photo in the top right corner.
Select My Invitations.
Find your Event Page, click the three dots, and select Cancel event.
Guests who were added to the event will be notified that it has been cancelled.
How do I share my Event Page?
Once your page is created, you'll get a shareable link you can send via text, DM, or however you communicate with your crowd. You can also add guests directly within Evite, and we'll handle sending them reminders to RSVP.
Will guests receive reminders to RSVP?
If you add guests to your event through Evite, yes — we'll send them reminders so you're not stuck chasing people down. If you share your event page link on your own (via text or social), reminders won't be sent automatically since those guests aren't added to your guest list.
